Nele Kalolo

Hailing from the islands of Savai'i, Upolu, and Tongatapu, 'Iliganoa Nele Kalolo uses her knowledge of the faasamoa (Samoan way of life) to create Pacific people Power in Aotearoa. As a community organiser for 350 Aotearoa, Pacific Powered Peoples, and MANAVA, she builds relationships that centre various Pacific knowledge to create pathways to climate resilience. Her advocacy has taken her around the world and won national leadership awards, and she is excited to share the stories of the communities who drive her work.
